The LCLCBA is a participating Specialist Bar Association in the Bar Council’s International Legal and Professional Development Grants programme.
This programme provides financial assistance for junior barristers (under seven years’ practice) who are members of a relevant SBA (including this Association) to take part in international legal events and conferences. Under this scheme, the cost of travel, accommodation etc, up to a maximum of £2,500 per applicant per event, is shared equally between the SBA, the Bar Council and the applicant.
