Through the LCLCBA Arbitration Scheme, we aim to ensure a flexible system for the fair resolution of disputes by an impartial tribunal. We provide a fair but flexible set of terms and procedures and provide access to arbitrators of the highest calibre. The Arbitration Scheme was launched in 2004 and is administered by The London Common Law & Commercial Bar Association.

Michael is nominated by the Chairman to make selections of arbitrators on his behalf but can also arrange for selections directly by the Chair or Vice-Chair, should your arbitration agreement so require.
