What are the implications for the purposes of private law claims by or against a public body, e.g. in contract or unjust enrichment, of a finding that an act on the part of that body was unlawful as a matter of public law? How are respective goals of public and private law reconciled in such cases? Foxton J will address a number of recent decisions in this important intersection of the law.

The seminar will be delivered via Zoom. Details will be emailed out to members.

This seminar is being presented jointly by the London Common Law and Commercial Bar Association (LCLCBA) and the Administrative Law Bar Association (ALBA)
