Paul Pretty of the BSB will give an introduction to the BSB investigation and enforcement process.
The BSB is introducing changes to its regulatory decision-making process on 15 October. This seminar will be of interest to those seeking a background knowledge of the process. The LCLCBA runs its own Professional Conduct Scheme which maintains a panel of volunteers to provide support to LCLCBA members facing a BSB investigation. This seminar would be of particular interest to current and prospective members of that panel.
