Chamberlain J Foxton J
Chamberlain J and Foxton J were both appointed to the full-time High Court Bench in 2019. In this seminar, which will be held online, they will be sharing their experiences as newly appointed High Court Judges, reflecting upon the transition from Bar to Bench and perhaps even giving some advice on advocacy from their new perspectives as its intended audience. Both Judges are former members of this Association and both had stellar careers at the Bar before their respective recent elevations. This therefore promises to be a cordial and informative session.
